Return and Withdrawal Policy

If there is something wrong with your item or you are not completely satisfied with it, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU and Spanish consumer protection laws.

To request a return, please email us at plhitheshop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (in case of defect or damage)

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Products must not have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using registered or tracked shipping with proof of delivery.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer regulations. This includes items made to your specifications, personalized by request, or produced in limited editions by order.

If your custom item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at plhitheshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Additional Notes

  • Sale items and orders with free shipping are not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • We will refund the value of the goods using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Original shipping fees, international duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
